We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Return requests must be submitted and approved before items are returned.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Damaged Or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if your item is damaged, defective or incorrect so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable unless faulty or required by law.
