We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment must be made at the time of placing your order using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
If a pricing error occurs and the correct price is higher than the price shown, we may contact you before dispatch to ask whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel the order.
9. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
UK Standard Delivery costs £3.99.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.
UK Standard Delivery is free on orders over £40 after any discounts or promotional codes have been applied.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, high-demand periods, adverse weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery will be handled by the courier or delivery service selected by us.
Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to you or to a person nominated by you to receive them.
If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was unsuccessful due to incorrect details, missed delivery attempts or failure to collect, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
If you have a question regarding your delivery, delayed orders or shipping status, please contact us through our Contact Us form and include your full name, email address used on the order and order number.
10. International Shipping
International shipping is currently unavailable.
We are working on expanding our international shipping options and hope to offer worldwide delivery in the near future.
11. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Return requests must be approved before items are returned.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable unless faulty or required by law.
